- Mail Handlers
- CIGNA.
- United Healthcare: Out of Network Benefits only
- Patients without Chiropractic Benefits can obtain benefits by logging onto www.clahealthcare.com.

The only insurance we do not accept at this time is Fallon.
Regarding Worker Compensation, you must advise your employer of your injury before coming here. You do not need a referral from your Primary Care Physician (PCP).
Regarding Automobile PIP and Med Pay, you do not need a referral from your PCP.
Please Note: although Dr. Carr participates in the insurances mentioned, you must have coverage for chiropractic as provided by your plan.
